FLAT-RATE SYSTEM

It is addressed primarily to businessmen who need constant support lawyer in the course of its activities

Under this system, I suggest:

• fixed monthly amount for a fixed number of hours with Clients in a given month matched to Customer requirements;
• remuneration for judicial proceedings, which includes both legal representation for a given instance, and preparation of pleadings in the proceedings,
• remuneration as a percentage, or is a combination of a certain percentage of the value execute benefit due to the Client in respect of unpaid invoices, VAT and the cost
  of legal representation for the conduct of such proceedings;
