HOURLY SYSTEM

Salary based on a fixed hourly rate (used especially in a situation where the service time is difficult to estimate prior)

• Under this system, the remuneration is obtained by multiplying the number of hours provided legal assistance and negotiated between the Law Firm and the client
  an hourly rate for the work of legal counsel; each time performed activities is evidenced in a precise statement of operations and working hours.
