• preparing for employers of any internal acts-regulations, pay;
• analysis of the correct application of labor law and representation in court proceedings in labor law;
• conduct of litigation to establish a working relationship relating to the payment of overtime and the equivalent for the unused holiday the staff regulations;
• advice on matters concerning the liability of order and material workers and litigation in this area;
• drafting of legal opinions and expertise from the scope of labour law.
