It is one of the components of the connection fees of a Legal Advisor with the level of risk for a sucessful case

• This form of compensation is taken as an additional way of remunerating next to the forms described above, which is updated for cases of non-standard, highly specialised especially if the prospect of the end of the case is remote in time because of the example necessary to move the court procedure and the customer is not prepared to pay the cost legal services on a loaded some risk of failure.
  Under this system, I suggest the established with the Client the amount of the low basic salary and additional fees for a successful outcome of the case.
